COBRA Direct
takes very seriously its commitment to providing unparalleled COBRA administration services to client companies
.  We are committed to excellent customer service and accuracy in the administration work that we do.  As such, COBRA Direct has identified the following performance benchmarks for administrative services:

COBRA Direct will send out all COBRA documents (including Initial Notice of COBRA Rights and Qualifying Event Notices) within 2 business days of receiving notification of such events from the employer 

COBRA Direct will notify client companies of changes in a Qualified Beneficiary's status within 1 business day of the status change.  This includes a QB electing and paying the premium for COBRA continuation, a QB terminating from COBRA continuation, as well as a QB having a secondary qualifying event that may lengthen the time he or she can be covered under COBRA

COBRA Direct will provide detailed monthly reporting to client companies by the 10th of every month

COBRA Direct will reimburse monthly premiums to client companies by the 10th of every month

COBRA Direct will respond to all telephone inquiries within 1 business day
